Requirements for a UK Graduate Visa

Completed Education: You must have successfully completed a UK degree or another eligible course.
Institution Compliance: Your studies must have been at a Higher Education Provider with a track record of compliance as a student sponsor.
Previous Visa Status: You must have held a valid Student or Tier 4 Student visa while studying the eligible qualification.
Current Status: You must apply from within the UK and hold valid leave as a Student or Tier 4 Student at the time of application.
No Prior Graduate Visa: You should not have previously held permission under the Doctorate Extension Scheme (DES) or the Graduate route.
Suitability: Your application must not fall under any grounds for refusal based on suitability.
