This visa is not a route to settlement, but it does allow Religious Workers to bring dependents, including a partner and children under 18, to the UK.

Note: If your role involves leading a congregation, performing rites, rituals, or preaching, you should apply for the Minister of Religion (T2) visa instead.

  • General Grounds for Refusal: Your application must not fall under any general grounds for refusal.

  • TB Certificate: If required, you must provide a valid TB certificate.
