The UK Spouse Visa is designed for married partners of British or Irish citizens, individuals settled in the UK, those with pre-settled status, holders of a Turkish Businessperson or Worker visa, and individuals with refugee status or humanitarian protection. This visa allows you to join or remain with your spouse in the UK. If your spouse is currently outside the UK but plans to return with you, you can also apply for a UK Spouse Visa.
This visa can lead to indefinite leave to remain or settlement in the UK after five years.
