The Marriage or Civil Partnership Visit Visa is designed for individuals who wish to visit the UK to marry, form a civil partnership, or give notice of a marriage or civil partnership.
This visa does not lead to settlement in the UK, and each visitor must apply separately, even when traveling as part of a group.
Requirements for a Marriage or Civil Partnership Visit Visa

You are at least 18 years old.
You intend to give notice of marriage or civil partnership in the UK or marry/form a civil partnership in the UK within six months of your arrival.
You are in a genuine relationship.

Your application does not fall under the general grounds for refusal.
