Graduate Visa
The Graduate Visa enables international students who have completed an eligible UK degree to stay in the UK for two years (or three years for doctoral graduates) to work or seek employment opportunities.
While the Graduate Visa does not lead directly to settlement, graduates can transition into other work-based routes that may lead to settlement.
Graduate Visa Requirements
To qualify for a Graduate Visa, you must satisfy UK Visas & Immigration that:
You have successfully completed a UK degree or other eligible course.
You studied at a Higher Education Provider that is a student sponsor with a track record of compliance.
You held permission as a Student, granted to study the relevant qualification in the UK, for a minimum period.
You are applying from within the UK and hold valid leave as a Student or Tier 4 Student at the time of application.
You have not previously held permission under the Doctorate Extension Scheme (DES) or the Graduate route.
Your application does not meet refusal criteria based on suitability.
The specific requirements may vary based on your individual circumstances. For tailored guidance, it's advisable to consult with an immigration lawyer.
